This Acceptable Use Policy governs how clients may use the services provided by Ottamate AI LLC (Calls Made Easy). By using our services, clients agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Permitted Use

Clients may use the platform to automate legitimate business communications including:

  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Customer service interactions
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Managing business communications

2. Prohibited Activities

Clients may not use the services for activities including but not limited to:

Fraud or Deception

  • Impersonating another business or person
  • Misleading customers about identity or intent
  • Scams or fraudulent schemes

Harassment or Abuse

  • Abusive communications
  • Harassment of individuals
  • Threatening or harmful messaging

Illegal Communications

  • Unlawful telemarketing
  • Robocalls that violate applicable laws
  • Spam messaging without consent

Misuse of AI Systems

  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Generating harmful or deceptive automated responses
  • Using the system to spread misinformation

Infrastructure Abuse

Clients may not attempt to:

  • Disrupt service infrastructure
  • Overload systems
  • Bypass security protections

3. Compliance with Communication Laws

Clients must comply with all applicable communication laws including:

  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
  • CAN-SPAM
  • Call recording consent laws
  • Privacy regulations

Clients are responsible for obtaining proper consent for automated communications where required.

4. Enforcement

If a client violates this policy, we may:

  • Suspend services
  • Terminate accounts
  • Report illegal activity to authorities where required

5. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
